
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed 9-5pm EST Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. There may be times we are closed additional days due to holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped the same or following business day. We use UPS and Fedex mail carrier. We advise to give yourself as much time in-between order delivery and appointment date as possible. We are NOT responsible for carrier delays, or incorrectly provided shipping information. The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges due to address errors. Shipping costs are not eligible to be used towards exchanges or credits.
