Eligibility For Returns

Items eligible for returns must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of products.

Returns are eligible for exchange, or for store credit only.

Returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are not eligible to be used towards exchanges or credited amount.
How To Return An Item

To return your item, please email us at info@mane-babe.com to alert our customer service team, they will direct you where to ship the products. They can also answer any further questions to may have.

Please include the original invoice in your package. If you do not have it, please include a paper that has your first and last name and original date of purchase on it.

You're responsible for the cost of shipping, we highly suggest purchasing a return with tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages.
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. Exchange must be made within 30 days of original purchase but must meet the criteria below. We do not offer refunds. All items marked "clearance" are final sale, sold "as is" and are not eligible for exchange or return. PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ORIGINAL ITEM IS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT, ONLY THE AMOUNT PAID MINUS SHIPPING WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BE USED TOWARDS THE EXCHANGE OR CREDIT.
Exchanges
If you're looking to exchange for another product, please follow the "How To Return An Item" process. Once we receive the item, we will reach out to finalize your exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Damaged or Misshipped Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item please contact our customer service team within 30 days. They will help rectify the situation for you.
